Information we may collect from you
We will collate the minimum information that is required in order to fulfil your contact with us and the service you have requested. We request the following details, business trading title if applicable, contact name, address, telephone number and email address.
If paying for a product over the phone, we are required to take you card payment details, expiry date and security numbers. All information is taken securely. We will only take a client’s bank details if payment was being made or credited to the customer. This is done through a secure banking system. We do not retain your personal banking information once the transaction is complete.
We collect different types of information about you for the following reasons:
- To provide goods or services to you, either at your request or in order to fulfil an existing contract;
- We may ask you to complete surveys about the service we provide so we can improve the service to you the customer.

Neil Thompson Boats does not gather, store or retain your information through your use of computer technology. If you access our website the only way we can receive your information is if you complete the online contact form.
